> Human Form

> The scriptures say: With your mind and heart still, recite it 108 times. Do this three times a day for six full months. Reciting more is even better. When the month is complete, the Dragon King of Right Strength will personally appear above you, taking human form, and will constantly accompany you, following wherever you go and doing whatever you command.

> The essential meaning is this: If someone depicts a human form, the face should show anger all around, and the body should be fully armored, like the great king Vaiśravaṇa. His left hand rests on his hip, his right arm bends upward holding a sword. On top of his head sits a coiled dragon king. He stands on a golden jewelled mountain. Another version says: The dragon king Kālika is like a celestial being in joyful repose. Above his head are drawn seven dragon heads. He kneels on one knee, looking up to the Tathāgata, and holds up a precious lotus flower. <note place="inline">and so on</note> <note place="inline">check the original text.</note>
