八葉蓮青色圓明當中安住理亦遍十方此花者香幢中輪圍地當中無邊妙花光香水海中花說幢如前。
The eight-petaled lotus, blue and perfectly luminous, rests at the center. Its principle pervades the ten directions. This flower—within the fragrant banner, within the wheel-surrounded land, at the center of the boundless, wondrous, light-filled, fragrant water sea—proclaims the banner as before.
