### 寶田寺

> Baotian Temple

寶田寺在白土岡北陳禎明三年隋師臨江後主遣諸軍拒之而忠武將軍孔範屯於寺前未幾師潰而國亡矣

> In the northern part of Baitu Gang, there was a temple called Baotian Temple. In the third year of the Chen dynasty's Zhenming era, when the Sui army approached the Yangtze River, the last ruler of Chen sent troops to resist them. The loyal and martial general Kong Fan stationed his troops in front of the temple. Not long after, the army was defeated, and the Chen dynasty fell.

> The Chronicle of Emperor Houzhu of Chen, third year of the Zhenming era: The Emperor dispatched Cavalry General and Minister of Education, Prince Shuying of Yuzhang, to station at the Imperial Court; Xiao Mohe to station at Leyou Park; Fan Yi to station at Qishe Temple; Lu Guangda to station at Baitu Hill; and Kong Fan to station at Baotian Temple.
