彭城武宣王勰所立也在建春門外石樓南穀水周圍遶(漢魏廻繞)城至建春門外東入陽渠石橋(漢魏檻無下橋字)橋有四柱在道南銘云漢陽嘉四年將作大匠馬憲造逮我孝昌三年大雨頹橋(漢魏無橋字)柱始埋沒道北二柱至今猶存衒之按劉澄之山川古今記戴延之西征記並云晉太康元年造此則失之遠矣按澄之等並生在江表未(漢魏來)遊中土假(漢魏暇)因征役暫來經過至於舊事多非親覽聞諸道路便為穿鑿誤我後學日月已甚有三層塔一所未加莊嚴寺東有中朝時常滿倉高祖令為租場天下貢賦所聚蓄也
