> Dwelling in the world as if in empty space, Like a lotus unsullied by water; With a mind pure and transcendent, I bow in reverence to the Supreme One. I take refuge in the Buddha, May all beings comprehend the great path, And awaken the supreme mind. I take refuge in the Dharma, May all beings delve into the scriptures, With wisdom vast as the sea. I take refuge in the Sangha, May all beings lead the community, Free from all hindrances. With reverence, I pay homage to the Holy Assembly.
