> Chapter 56: With Attendants Present

一

> One

巴多穆塔拉，吾施與團食，摩利花圍繞，吾往彼食場。

二

> Second.

此世尊導師，彼處座上坐，安詳且端莊，讚吾施團食：

> The World-Honored Teacher, seated there upon the throne, serene and dignified, praised my offering of alms food:

> Three

「僅此吉祥田，蒔下一粒種，適時以順雨，熟實耕者喜。

> This auspicious field, where a single seed is sown, Watered in season by gentle rains, Brings joy to the farmer as the ripe harvest appears.

四

> Four

團食如其實，汝今蒔善田，生生如其生，結實汝心喜。」

> "Just as the seed you plant, so the fruit you reap; now sow good fields, and in lives to come, you will rejoice in the harvest."

五

最勝水中草，正覺如斯語，讚美其團食，指向北方去。

> The finest water-grass, the Awakened One thus spoke, praising that communal meal, pointing toward the north.

六

> Six

依彼之戒本，自制於五根，耽湎於孤獨，吾住成無漏。

> Relying on the precepts as my foundation, I restrain the five senses, indulging in solitude, I abide free from defilements.

四種無礙解……。
