### 八一　提蜜羅普毘耶（提蜜拉花）

> Chapter 81: Timira Pupphiya (Timira Flower)

一

> One

羌達巴伽河，時吾沿岸行，清幽無煩擾，吾見沙門坐。

> By the banks of the Chanda River, I once walked along the shore, in a place of quiet and peace, free from disturbance. There I saw a monk seated in stillness.

二

> Second.

此心既得淨，爾時自思惟：「能渡彼將渡，能制彼將制。

> Once the mind is purified, one reflects: "I can help others cross over, and I can guide those who have yet to be guided."

三

> Three

得慰彼使慰，能鎮彼將鎮，能脫彼使脫，彼使得涅槃。」

> He comforts those who need comfort, steadies those who need steadying, frees those who need freeing, and leads them to liberation.

四

世間之覺者，悉達多大仙，手採提蜜拉，布撒其頭上。

> The Awakened One of the world, the great sage Siddhartha, Plucked the honey-sweet flower, and scattered it upon his head.

> Five

雙手吾合掌，更作右繞禮，吾禮尊師足，指向西方去。

> With palms pressed together, I bow in reverence, Circling to the right in humble offering. I pay homage at my teacher's feet, Turning my steps toward the West.

六

> Six

既去不久間，鹿王追逐我，直往懸崖行，遂墜於彼處。

> Not long after I had gone, the deer king chased after me. I ran straight toward the cliff and fell there.

七

> Seven

自吾供獻花，九十四劫間，吾不知惡趣，供佛此果報。

> Since I offered flowers, For ninety-four eons, I have known no lower realms— This is the fruit of offering to the Buddha.

八

五十六劫昔，名高者七人，大力具七寶，出為轉輪王。

九

四種無礙解……

——如是尊者提蜜羅普毘耶長老宣唱此等偈。
