八偈集
Eight Verses
一九六
「具戒比丘尼，善攝己諸根，無過滋味豐，成就安靜道。」
"A fully ordained nun, who guards her senses well, does not crave rich flavors, and walks the peaceful path."
一九七
The year 197.
〔魔曰：〕「忉利天與夜摩天，兜率諸天化樂天，他化自在諸天眾，汝曾住在此諸天，此等諸天据汝心。」
[Mara said:] "You have dwelt in the Heaven of the Thirty-Three, in the Yama Heaven, in the Tushita Heaven, in the Heaven of Delight through Transformation, and in the Heaven of Mastery over Others' Creations — all these celestial realms you once called home, and they all reside within your heart."
一九八～一九九
〔尼：〕「忉利天與夜摩天，兜率諸天化樂天，他化自在諸天眾，彼等由生而轉生，常以己身為尊重，流浪生死難超身。
[Nun: ] "In the Heaven of the Thirty-Three and the Yama Heaven, the Joyful Heavens, the Heaven of Creation, and the Heaven of Perfect Freedom—those beings are born and reborn again and again, always holding themselves in high regard, yet they wander through cycles of birth and death, unable to transcend their own being.
二〇〇
世總如放火，世總擴燃燒，世總舉煩焰，世總為震憾。
The world is like a spreading fire, The world bursts into blazing flames, The world rises in burning turmoil, The world shakes with overwhelming force.
二〇一
聖賢之士，踏行正法，不被震撼，無與倫比，佛說此教，我心歡喜。
二〇二
我等聞佛語，喜教過時光，達得三明智，成就佛之教。
二〇三
斷一切喜悅，打碎癡闇塊，波旬！如是汝當知，汝被我所敗。」
（右）尸羅婆遮羅尼。
