諸艱歷試倍流離，壯志如山屹不迻，恭謹真堪追萬石，勛名未肯亞驃騎。曾無肺腑藏私怨，只有丹誠報主知，衣錦還歸行晝裏，長安共說好男兒。
Through countless trials and hardships, he wandered far and wide, Yet his lofty resolve stood firm as a mountain, never to sway. His reverence and sincerity could match the worthies of old, But his achievements and fame would not yield to any general bold.
Never did he harbor private grudges within his heart, Only a loyal devotion to repay his lord's trust. Returning in glory, he walked in the light of day, All in Chang'an spoke of him as a true hero in every way.
