> Great Master Yunqi Lianchi

餖飣百氏，醞釀諸宗；即禪為淨，六義三從。有聲其默，有儼其容；金相玉式，德鳳仁龍。甘露法雨，旃檀香風；披之拂之，以翼以通。孔門迦葉，釋氏儒童；炤明末年，光於大雄。

> Scattered through a hundred schools, fermenting the wisdom of all traditions; merging Chan into Pure Land, embracing the six meanings and the threefold obedience. In speech, he is silent; in stillness, his presence commands respect—a golden form, a jade-like mold, a virtuous phoenix, a compassionate dragon. Sweet dew rains down as the Dharma, the fragrant breeze of sandalwood; it cloaks and caresses, guiding and opening the way. The Confucian gate and Kashyapa, the Śākya and the young sage—illuminating the final years, shining upon the great and mighty one.
