### 洗墨禪人

超方禪客遊天下，荷負清機如中筈。桐梧樹上棲鳳凰，清秋明月涌高岡。孤影江干寒照水，交馳初逼海蟾鄉。庭前花笑風吹落，究竟依然空突兀。卓卓曾謂見根由，睦州拶折雲門腳。再參一喝三日聾，淹他虀甕裏埋蹤。須彌芥納毛吞海，眨上眉毛千萬重。拔龜毛，栽兔角，胸裏乾坤橫倒握。便是羚羊挂角時，拄劍眉間生殺活。是亦鏟，非亦鏟，四句百非從何展？囊藏日月天地寬，縱橫捺著如珠轉。

> The Zen traveler journeys beyond all bounds, Bearing a mind as pure as a straight arrow. On the paulownia tree the phoenix rests, In clear autumn the bright moon rises over the high ridge. A lone shadow by the cold river reflects in the water, First steps hasten toward the sea-toad’s land. Before the courtyard, flowers laugh as the wind scatters them— In the end, still, all is empty, stark and bare. Truly, once you see the root, Muzhou presses hard, Yunmen’s foot is broken. One shout, and for three days you’re deaf, Drowned in the pickle jar, traces buried. Mount Sumeru fits in a mustard seed, the ocean’s swallowed by a hair— Blink, and eyebrows rise in countless layers. Pluck the tortoise’s fur, plant the rabbit’s horn, The universe turns upside down in your palm. Even when the antelope hangs by its horns, The sword between the brows decides life and death. Right is cut away, wrong is cut away— How can the four statements or a hundred negations unfold? The sun and moon are stored in a sack, heaven and earth are wide; Move freely, press down—like pearls turning in the hand.
