> Om Namo Bhagavate Aparimita Ayur Jnana Sukhavati Rajaya Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha Om Sarva Samskara Parishuddha Dharmate Gagana Samudgate Svabhava Vishuddhe Mahaya Pariware Svaha

願將以此勝功德，祝讚皇帝萬萬歲。聖明君，諸國來朝會。南無無量壽，祝讚皇帝萬萬歲，祝讚　皇帝萬萬歲。

> May this supreme merit be shared, To wish the Emperor ten thousand years of life. O wise and enlightened ruler, Nations come from afar to pay homage. Homage to the Immeasurable Life, Wishing the Emperor ten thousand years of life, Wishing the Emperor ten thousand years of life.

大圓滿覺，應跡西乾，心包太虛，量周沙界。仰叩洪慈，俯垂明證。大明國某省某府某縣某寺比丘某等，於今某年某月朔望旦之辰，雲集僧眾，登臨寶殿，諷演秘章，稱揚嘉號。所集洪因，端為祝延今上皇帝聖壽萬安。伏願金輪永鎮，玉燭常調，八紘安有道之長，四海樂無為之化。現前大眾念金剛無量壽仁王菩薩摩訶薩摩訶般若波羅蜜。

> The great perfection of awakened awareness, manifesting in the Western regions, holds a mind as vast as space itself, encompassing all worlds. We humbly bow to the boundless compassion, seeking your radiant witness. In the Great Ming dynasty, in \[such-and-such\] province, \[such-and-such\] prefecture, \[such-and-such\] county, at \[such-and-such\] temple, monks including \[such-and-such\] and others, on this \[such-and-such\] day of \[such-and-such\] month in the current year, gather the monastic community, ascend the precious hall, recite the secret scriptures, and proclaim the auspicious names. The vast merits thus accumulated are offered to pray for the emperor's holy longevity and eternal peace. We humbly wish that the golden wheel remains forever steadfast, the jade candle shines in constant harmony, the eight directions abide in the way of peace, and the four seas delight in the transformative grace of non-action. The assembly before us recites: "Golden Vajra, Infinite Life, Humane King Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Maha Prajna Paramita."
