> Elegy for Layman Zhang Puzhao

最憐今夜月，普照在空陔，正羨碧天好，陡然成夜臺。忘機天獨惜，有德世同哀，顧我空門士，惟澆茗一杯。

> Tonight's moon is most pitied, shining over the empty sky. Just as I admire the clear heavens, it suddenly turns to a dark terrace. Unconcerned, heaven alone cherishes; virtuous, the world mourns together. As a follower of the empty gate, I can only pour a cup of tea.
