天生華表，祖宗遺德。傲骨神清，芝眉出格。賞四時花木之芳，飲趙老風味之別。有時獨坐兮懸嵒，有時灌水兮自得，有時解脫兮樊籠，有時回互兮有則。看來此老大似有意思的道人，為什麼問著西來大意，便只默默？

> Born with noble bearing, a legacy of ancestral virtue. Proud in bone, clear in spirit, with brows that stand apart. Enjoying the fragrance of flowers through all seasons, Savoring the distinct flavor of old Master Zhao's tea. Sometimes sitting alone on a hanging cliff, Sometimes pouring water, content in himself, Sometimes freeing himself from the cage of the world, Sometimes weaving in harmony, true to the way.
