界外淮界內立三界名：中理未窮通名見惑；通三界變易土中，勝妙五塵名欲界；思不思議法塵為上界。思經云：不如三界見於三界。謂：不同二種三界眾生，見於三界之相也。

> Beyond the realms and within the realms, three worlds are established: when one has not yet fully penetrated the underlying principle, it is called “deluded views”; when one penetrates the three worlds yet remains in the realm of transformation, the supreme and wondrous five objects of desire are called the desire realm; contemplating inconceivable dharma objects constitutes the higher realms. The sutra says: “Not like the three worlds, yet seeing the three worlds.” This means that one is unlike the beings of the two kinds of three worlds, for one perceives the characteristics of the three worlds differently.
