「湘之南，潭之北，中間有黃金充一國。無影樹下合󵒚，璃琉殿上無知識。恁麼道，太尊貴生。袛今遠孫三千里外到來，帶得清風千縷，明月一珠，正欲供養。未審我師祖今日必定作麼生相見？」拈香云：「犀因玩月紋生角，象被雷驚花入牙。」

> "South of Xiang, north of Tan, There lies gold enough to fill a land. Beneath the shadowless tree, all gather together; Within the crystal hall, no one knows a thing. To speak like this—such an exalted air! Now a distant descendant arrives from three thousand miles away, bringing a thousand strands of clear breeze and a single pearl of bright moonlight, wishing to offer them. I wonder—how will my honored patriarch receive us today?" Picking up incense, he said: "When the rhinoceros gazes at the moon, its horn grows patterns; When the elephant is startled by thunder, flowers enter its tusks."
