### 天隱禪院識監寺請

若道即是磬山和尚，撩天鼻孔無半；若道不是磬山和尚，模樣依稀人諳。是與不是離微，誰能下口判斷？既然如此糢糊，務要描他何幹？又不會禪，又不會道，剛剛一味平懷，穿衣喫飯懶漢。咄！十方雲水高流，剔起眉毛試看。

> If you say this path is just Master Qingshan, His sky-piercing nostrils are gone without a trace. If you say it's not Master Qingshan, His form and features are faintly recognized by all. "Thus" and "not thus," beyond coarse and subtle discernment— Who can open their mouth to judge? Since it's such a blur, Why bother trying to paint it? Not versed in meditation, not versed in the Way, Just a simple, ordinary state of mind, A lazy one who eats and dresses. Hey!
