The ancients said: Even after decades of practice, one may still waver. Some say, "It took me decades to become one with the whole." For those who have achieved this unity, no need to discuss further. But for those who have not yet reached it, simply hold onto Caoxi's words: "What is this that comes thus?"—and remain aware at all times, ensuring that wherever a monk walks, it is like fire melting ice.
