僧心本淨，當臺明鏡，端謹儀形，清白梵行。寂照虛容，垢盡斯證，禪無妙玄，亦無動靜。貴出生死，一喚一應，應者是誰？冰澄月映。

> The monk's mind is inherently pure, like a bright mirror on its stand. With dignified bearing and pure conduct, still and luminous, reflecting the empty form—when defilements are exhausted, this truth is realized. Zen has no mysterious subtlety, nor does it have motion or stillness. What matters is transcending birth and death—one call, one response. Who is the one responding? Like ice reflecting the moon in clear water.
