### 起瓶

> Raising the Vase

「艮其背不獲其身，行其庭不見其人。」乃舉骨瓶云：「脫體逍遙日，轉功就位晨。」

> "To still the back, one does not grasp the self; to walk in the courtyard, one does not see the person." Then he raised the bone urn and said, "On the day the body is released into freedom, the morning of turning merit toward its rightful place."
