一棹南來不遠尋，喜逢知己共登臨。危樓尚有弄珠手，奇句堪傳巢月心。煙雨湖山秋已醉，笑談飛躍意何深。天機自湊忘遊適，千古風流只在今。

> A boat from the south, no distant search to make, How glad I am to meet a kindred soul and climb with me! Upon the lofty tower, one still plays with pearls, A wondrous verse can capture the heart that nests the moon. Through mist and rain, the autumn lakes and hills are drunk, Our laughter leaps—profound the meaning we discuss. Heaven's mystery unfolds, we lose ourselves in joy; True grace of ages past lives only in this now.
