### 艮六居銘

> Mountain Inscription Number Six

一念迷妄，六塵頓陳。結根盤錯，流逸奔塵。造業招苦，三有逡巡。遂經曠劫，茫弗問津。遘此痛苦，悟身非身。拔妄內伏，不見其人。思不出位，庶幾返真。

> A single deluded thought, And suddenly the six sense objects come into view. Roots become tangled and intertwined, The mind flows outward, chasing after sensory experiences. Karma is created, inviting suffering, And one wanders endlessly through the Three Realms of existence. Thus eons pass in confusion, Without even a path to ask the way. Encountering this very suffering, One awakens to the truth: this body is not the self. Uprooting delusion, calming the inner mind, That person becomes invisible — the notion of a separate self vanishes. Thought no longer strays beyond its proper place, And perhaps, in this way, one returns to true nature.
