尼連禪河畔 瑜伽得安穩極勤修禪思 專心我精勤

> By the Nairañjanā River, I found peace through practice, Deep in meditation, I strained with all my might.

惡魔障解脫 悲憫語近我「汝瘦顏色惡 汝之近死期

> The demon blocks our liberation, Speaking words of pity close to me. "You have grown thin, your face is gaunt, Your death is drawing near."
