第三十三世幻有正傳禪師 > The 33rd Generation: Chan Master Huan You Zheng Chuan 師溧陽呂氏子，十九出家顯親寺，誓期見性。一夕，聞燈花爆聲，有省。參笑巖和尚，於翹足處當下脫然。一日，巖入堂，曰：「我者拄杖要與人，有要底麼？」師躍下禪床，曰：「恁麼須分付某甲往前迎取。」巖笑曰：「汝當久久執持一番，始可打艸去也。」已而辭去，巖書正宗源流付焉，併贈一笠，曰：「以此覆之，無露圭角。」後開堂龍池，著《物不遷題旨》。 > Master Lü was a native of Liyang. At the age of nineteen, he left home and entered the Xianqin Temple, vowing to realize his true nature. One evening, upon hearing the sound of a lamp wick crackling, he experienced an awakening. He then went to study under Master Xiaoyan. While raising his foot, he suddenly attained liberation. One day, Master Xiaoyan entered the hall and said, "I have this staff to give to someone. Is there anyone who wants it?" Master Lü leaped down from the meditation seat and said, "In that case, you must entrust it to me, and I will go forward to receive it." Xiaoyan laughed and said, "You must hold it for a long time before you can go and beat the grass." Later, Master Lü took his leave. Xiaoyan wrote out the orthodox lineage and entrusted it to him, also presenting him with a bamboo hat, saying, "Cover yourself with this, and do not reveal your sharp edges." Later, Master Lü opened a teaching hall at Longchi and composed \*The Essential Meaning of the Immutability of Things\*. 拄杖頭雙懸日月，笠子下蓋覆三千。幻起微雲半點，龍池浪涌滔天。翁翁常住寂光土，萬象共論物不遷。 > Atop the staff, sun and moon hang in pairs, Beneath the bamboo hat, three thousand realms are covered. A wisp of cloud arises, a mere speck, Yet the Dragon Pool’s waves surge to the heavens.
