### 甲　契理之實義

> Section A: Truth of Ultimate Meaning

契理之實義者，謂契合諸法性相的真理之實義。此契合真理之實相，不以時間而變更，不以地域而遷異，無論在何時何地何類中都是如此的。說明此十善業道經契理之實義，今分三段來講。

> The true meaning of "accordance with principle" refers to the truth that aligns with the nature and characteristics of all phenomena. This reality, which is in harmony with truth, does not change with time, does not differ across regions, and remains the same in any time, place, or circumstance. To explain the true meaning of this sutra on the ten wholesome actions, we will now discuss it in three parts.
