維多利亞是英國有名一女王，當日曾致英國強盛，使英國國旗飄揚於世界；今在星洲之維多利亞紀念堂與諸君講演，或為佛法昌明於大地之兆！想諸君皆有此同感也。茲拈出「救世覺人之佛法」講之。
