> Section 6: Verses on the State of Perfect Enlightenment

> The rightly awakened one is formless, pervading the entire universe; Through thirty stages of exhaustive wisdom, their brilliance is fully perfected. In serene illumination, effortless and true liberation; Great compassion manifests vast and incomparable. Calm and unmoving, eternally peaceful and secure; Radiant light shines everywhere, yet illuminates nothing in particular.

> This section explains the supreme patience of stillness and cessation. "Perfect enlightenment" refers to the unsurpassed awakening. This awakening is equal throughout the realm of reality, with the same essential nature. The essence of the realm of reality has no form to be grasped, and perfect enlightenment is likewise—though formless, it ever manifests everywhere, revealing the wisdom of the Buddha. "The thirty stages are fully accomplished" reveals the virtue of liberation. "Wisdom perfectly radiant" expresses the virtue of wisdom. "Still and illuminating" further reveals the virtue of prajna. "Unconditioned true liberation" reveals the virtue of liberation. "Great compassion manifesting widely" clarifies the perfection of grace. "Incomparable" clarifies unsurpassed excellence. "Serenely unmoving" expresses the virtue of grace—though serene and unmoving, it also rides the vehicle of wisdom, coming to comfort beings in the three realms and transform them. The line "radiant light" reveals the inherently present, undefiled true wisdom: shining yet not shining, not shining yet shining—this is precisely the inconceivable realm of the Buddha's fruition.
