Manjushri's Prajnaparamita Sutra
清淨行者。不入涅槃。破戒比丘。不入地獄(此山應頌云。飲官酒臥官街。當處死當處埋。寒山逢拾得。撫掌笑咍咍 徑山杲頌云。壁上安燈盞。臺前寘酒臺。悶來打三盞。何處得愁來 高峯妙頌云。涅槃地獄本無差。只為從前被眼遮。三脚驢兒纔𨁝跳。鑊湯爐炭是吾家)。
The pure practitioner does not enter Nirvana. The precept-breaking monk does not enter hell.
(This mountain's verse says: Drinking official wine, sleeping in the official street—die right there, be buried right there. Cold Mountain meets Pickup, clapping hands and laughing heartily. Jingshan Gao's verse says: A lamp stand set on the wall, a wine table placed before the terrace. When boredom comes, drink three cups—where could sorrow come from? Gaofeng Miao's verse says: Nirvana and hell are fundamentally no different; only because from former times the eye has been obscured. No sooner does the three-legged donkey leap and jump than the boiling cauldron and blazing coals are my own home.)
