一切恭敬 敬禮常住三寶。
With all reverence, I pay homage to the eternally abiding Three Jewels.
是諸眾等人各䠒跪。嚴持香花如法供養。願此香花雲。遍滿十方界。供養一切佛。化佛并菩薩。無數聲聞眾。受此香花雲。以為光明臺。廣於無邊界。無邊無量佛土中受用作佛事。供養一切恭敬嚴持香花如法行道一切普誦。
All those assembled each kneel and bow, solemnly holding incense and flowers to make offerings in accordance with the Dharma:
"May this cloud of incense and flowers fill the ten directions, and be offered to all Buddhas, to manifest Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and to the countless assembly of voice-hearers. May they receive this cloud of incense and flowers and let it become a radiant platform, extending throughout boundless realms—so that in immeasurable Buddha-fields without limit it may be received and used as an offering to the Buddhas."
如來妙色身 世間無與等
無比不思議 是故今敬禮
如來色無盡 智慧亦復然
一切法常住 是故我歸依
The Tathagata's wondrous form of excellent color— Nothing in the world can compare with it. Without equal, beyond thought and words, Therefore I now bow in reverence.
The Tathagata's form is inexhaustible, And so too is his wisdom. All dharmas abide eternally— Therefore I take refuge.
敬禮常住三寶。
Homage to the Eternal Three Jewels.
歎佛呪願
Praise of the Buddha and the Vow
如來應供正遍知明行足善逝世間解無上士調御丈夫天人師佛世尊。佛有如是無量功德。歎不能盡。以此善根已集當集現集一切善根。以此善根滋益法界眾生。悉得離苦解脫。捨邪歸正。發菩提心。永除三障。常見一切諸佛菩薩及善知識。恒聞正法。福智具足一時作佛。
The Tathāgata, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the One Perfect in Knowledge and Conduct, the Well-Gone One, the Knower of the World, the Unsurpassed One, the Trainer of Those Who Need Taming, the Teacher of Devas and Humans, the Buddha, the World-Honored One. The Buddha has such immeasurable merit that it cannot be fully described. By this root of goodness, all roots of goodness already gathered, to be gathered, and now being gathered—by this root of goodness, may beings throughout the Dharma realm be nourished and benefited, all attaining freedom from Suffering and Liberation. May they abandon what is wrong and turn to what is right, give rise to the Bodhi mind, forever remove the three obstacles, always see all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and good teachers, constantly hear the true Dharma, and fulfill both merit and wisdom, together attaining Buddhahood.
南無東方須彌燈光明如來十方佛等一切諸佛
Homage to the Tathagata Sumeru Lamp Radiance of the East, and to all the Buddhas of the ten directions and all Buddhas.
南無毘婆尸如來過去七佛等一切諸佛
Homage to Vipassī Tathāgata, to the seven Buddhas of the past, and to all Buddhas.
南無普光如來五十三佛等一切諸佛
南無東方善德如來十方佛等一切諸佛
南無拘那提如來賢劫千佛等一切諸佛
南無釋迦牟尼如來三十五佛等一切諸佛
南無東方阿閦如來十方無量佛等一切諸佛

南無毫相日月光明華寶蓮華堅如金剛身毘盧遮那無障礙眼圓滿十方放光照一切佛剎相王如來
普為四恩三有法界眾生。斷除三障歸命懺悔。如是等一切世界。諸佛世尊常住在世。是諸世尊。當慈念我。憶念我。證知我。若我此生。若我前生。從無始生死已來。所作眾罪。若自作。若教他作。見作隨喜。若塔若僧。若取四方僧物。若自取。若教人取。見取隨喜。或作五逆無間重罪。若自作。若教他作。見作隨喜。十不善道。自作教他見作隨喜。所作眾罪或有覆藏或不覆藏。應墮地獄餓鬼畜生諸餘惡趣邊地下賤及彌戾車。於如是等處所作罪障。今皆懺悔。
今諸佛世尊。當證知我當憶念我。我復於諸佛世尊前。作如是言。若我此生。若於餘生。曾行布施。或守淨戒。乃至施與畜生一揣之食。或修淨行所有善根。成就眾生所有善根。修行菩提所有善根。求無上智所有善根。一切合集計校籌量。悉皆迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。如過去未來現在諸佛所作迴向。我亦如是迴向。
眾罪皆懺悔 諸福盡隨喜
及請佛功德 願成無上智
去來現在佛 於眾生最勝
無量功德海 歸依合掌禮
