金光明懺法第五(直錄其事觀慧別出餘文)
Golden Light Repentance Method: Chapter 5(Directly records the essence of practice; the methods for contemplation and wisdom are explained separately in the remaining text.)
莊嚴道場。別安唱經座。列幡華等如上法。安功德天座在佛座左。道場若寬更安大辯座。四天王座在右。諸座各燒香散華。盡力營果菜。又別飣一盤雜果菜。擬散洒諸方。當日日洗浴著新淨衣。經云。七日七夜應用六齋。建首初日午時各執香罏。一人唱言。
Arrange the sacred space. Set up a separate seat for chanting the scriptures. Hang banners and arrange flowers as described above. Place the seat for Shrīmahādevī to the left of the Buddha's seat. If the space allows, place a seat for Mahāpratibhā to the right of that. The seats for the Four Heavenly Kings are on the right side. Offer incense and scatter flowers before each seat. Provide fruits and vegetables to the best of your ability. Also prepare one extra plate of assorted fruits and vegetables, intended for scattering in all directions. Bathe daily and wear fresh, clean clothing. The sutra says, "Seven days and seven nights should follow the six days of purification." On the first day at noon, each person takes an incense burner. One person announces:
一切恭敬。
All reverence.
一心頂禮十方常住一切三寶。是諸眾等各各互跪。嚴持香華如法供養。心默供養訖。口說是言。願此香華雲。遍滿十方界。如上法。作是說已。當召請。
With single-minded reverence, we bow to the Three Jewels—the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha—who dwell forever throughout the ten directions. All present now kneel, each in their place, holding incense and flowers with pure intent, offering them in accordance with sacred tradition. After silently completing these inner offerings, we speak these words:
"May this cloud of incense and flowers Spread throughout all worlds in the ten directions."
Having spoken thus as taught, we now make our invitation.
一心奉請本師釋迦牟尼佛。
With a single heart, I humbly invite our Original Teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha.
一心奉請東方阿閦佛。
Wholeheartedly, I invite Akshobhya Buddha of the East.
一心奉請南方寶相佛。
With one heart, I respectfully invite the Buddha of Precious Form from the South.
一心奉請西方無量壽佛。
With one mind, I respectfully invite Amitabha Buddha of the Western Land of Bliss.
一心奉請北方微妙聲佛。
With a focused mind, I respectfully invite the Buddha of Subtle Sound from the North.
一心奉請寶華瑠璃世尊。
一心奉請寶勝佛。
一心奉請無垢熾寶光明王相佛。
一心奉請金炎光明佛。
一心奉請金百光明照藏佛。
一心奉請金山寶蓋佛。
一心奉請金華炎光相佛。
一心奉請大炬佛。
一心奉請寶相佛。
一心奉請金光明經中及十方三世一切諸佛。
一心奉請大乘金光明海十二部經。
一心奉請信相菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請金光明菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請金藏菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請常悲菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請法上菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請金光明經內及十方三世一切菩薩摩訶薩。
一心奉請舍利弗一切聲聞緣覺賢聖僧。
一心奉請大梵尊天三十三天護世四王金剛密迹散脂大辯功德訶利帝南鬼子母等五百徒黨。一切皆是大菩薩。亦請此處地分鬼神(三遍召請)。
復述心建懺之意。隨智力所陳自在說。說竟三稱寶華瑠璃世尊。金光明經。功德天。三稱竟以雜盤食灑諸方。當說波利富婁那。以去至今。我所求皆得吉祥。若竟唱一切恭敬還一一禮。上來所請三寶禮竟。三遍旋。旋竟三自歸。自歸竟方共坐食。此是午前方法。餘時如常。唯專唱誦金光明經也。
