山菴雜錄者。寔緇門良史。而足針藥邪禪膏肓之病。私謂有補扶桑之今日。雖然。未見古時印本。以故三寫之誤甚㩼。初學之徒。數窘觀覽矣。余養痾之暇。參攻一二典籍。且加臆斷。略得校定。倘涉猶豫者。乃書之旁。盖疑以傳疑之謂也。又為二三子濫加倭點。今也命工勒板。切恐舛差不少。仰望禪林才子不恡慈意。重煩訂正。
