> Root Seal Twenty-Five

「二手合掌虛掌內，二大指相並竪申，屈二頭指捻二大指頭上相拄。誦大心明、小心明，明印三遍，印頂上、左右髆上、喉上、心上。護身被甲則印藥上，誦大心明、小心明，明藥光護。」

> Place your palms together, hollowed like a bowl. Extend both thumbs side by side, then bend your index fingers to press against the tips of your thumbs. Recite the Great Heart Mantra and the Small Heart Mantra, and consecrate the mudra three times. Touch it to the crown of your head, both shoulders, the throat, and the heart. For protection and armor, consecrate the medicine with the mudra, recite the Great Heart Mantra and the Small Heart Mantra, and invoke the light of the medicine for protection.
