三巴掌，妙中妙，天上人間同參到。吾今頓斷掛心鉤，打破愁城嗄嗄笑。

三巴掌，孰與同，劄錐無地晝夜窮。誰知今劫窮心漏，轟雷掣電一條龍。

三巴掌，不用能，頓斷金鎖走蛟鱗。識得這個呵呵笑，而今不是世上人。
Three slaps, no need to use them— Suddenly breaks the golden lock, letting the flood dragon’s scales race free. If you recognize this, you’ll just laugh out loud— Now you are no longer a person of this world.
三巴掌，不昧前，離塵脫俗三十三。當初只道峨山去，今朝依舊在四川。

眼前一物即不是，但有絲毫都是塵。本是明空應無住，寂寂非非是妙心。
The moment you perceive a single thing, it is not the truth—any trace at all is just dust. Originally, it is clear and empty, so there is no need to cling. Utterly still, beyond both being and non-being—that is the wondrous mind.
森羅萬象，萬象一相。一相諸相，諸相非相。非相同相，同非是相。
All phenomena in the universe, and all phenomena are one form. This one form includes all forms, yet all forms are not true form. What is not form is the same form, and this sameness is not form.
學人要得真悟修，莫只尋覓數行頭。若得一心無罣礙，絕世忘情一旦休。
If you seek true realization and genuine practice, Do not just chase a few written lines. If you can focus your mind without attachment, Let go of the world and empty your heart—that is the end of all striving.
無為妙法果是真，一掃萬卷悟無生。一法包含無量法，一門劈破萬般門。
The wonderful Dharma of non-action is truly real— Sweep away ten thousand scrolls to awaken to birthless truth. One truth contains every truth; One door breaks open countless doors.
趙州狗子盞中茶，雲門糊餅共一家。有人問我甚何宗，屎橛拜上三斤麻。

參禪喚作無縫鎖，昏沉妄想最難躲。明得非心非非心，本自無我無我所。
Meditation is called the seamless lock; Drowsiness and delusion are the hardest to unlock. When you clearly see it’s neither mind nor no-mind, There is originally no self, nor anything belonging to self.
一法法萬法，萬法法一法，法法本無法，無法真是法。心靜越諸天，體正自然安，身動必有二，不動自周圓。非有極相生，非無永無蹤，非非無不見，無見又相生。一拳打破太虛空，腳踏閻浮世界碎，其中有妙三巴掌，參來原是西來意。明了即到古家鄉，一步跳出三界去，輥開雲門天外天，劫劫不受閻羅氣。
