愛染王品第五
爾時金剛手復白佛言：「世尊！我今更說愛染王一切如來共成就雜法悉地，及畫像法：
Then the Vajra-Holder said again to the Buddha: "World-Honored One, I will now explain the various methods for attaining accomplishments related to the King of Passion-Dyeing, along with the shared practices of all Tathagatas, as well as the methods for creating his sacred image."
「扇底迦(息災)布瑟置(二合)迦(增益)嚩始迦囉拏伽多耶阿(敬愛)毘左嚕迦法等(降伏)」
"Peaceful rituals, Prosperity rituals, Harmony rituals, And wrathful protection rituals."
爾時遍照薄伽梵告金剛手言：「我已說於一切如來所曾修學，汝今為諸末法世中善男子善女人等，廣說利樂。」時金剛手以偈頌曰：
Then the All-Illuminating Blessed One said to Vajrapani: "I have already taught what all Tathagatas have practiced. Now, for the sake of good men and good women in the latter age of the Dharma, you should widely explain how they may benefit and find joy." At that time, Vajrapani spoke in verse:
「於白月鬼宿， 取淨白素㲲，
畫愛染金剛， 身色如日暉，
住於熾盛輪， 三目威怒視，
首髻師子冠， 利毛忿怒形。
又安五鈷鉤， 在於師子頂，
五色華髻垂， 天帶覆於耳，
左手持金鈴， 右執五峯杵，
儀形如薩埵， 安立眾生界。
次左金剛弓， 右執金剛箭，
如射眾星光， 能成大染法，
左下手持彼， 右蓮如打勢，
一切惡心眾， 速滅無有疑。
以諸華鬘索， 絞結以嚴身，
作結跏趺坐， 住於赤色蓮，
蓮下有寶瓶， 兩畔吐諸寶。
造像安於西， 行人面西對，
結大羯磨印， 及誦根本明，
兼示三昧耶， 一字心密語，
能成能斷滅， 一切惡心眾。
又結金剛界， 三十七羯磨，
及以本業明， 速成百千事，
薩嚩訥瑟吒， 及諸誐囉訶，
加忿怒降伏， 一夜當終竟。
誦本根本明， 結三昧耶印，
又令伽跢耶， 取紅蓮花蘂，
一百八護摩， 一宿即敬愛。
又令彼攝伏， 取白檀香刻，
金剛愛染王， 五指為量等，
長帶於身藏， 一切有情類，
及諸剎利王， 攝伏如奴僕。
常結羯磨印， 誦大根本明，
增益一切福， 堅固如金剛。
若七曜凌逼， 命業胎等宿，
畫彼形那摩， 置於師子口，
念誦一千八， 速滅不復生，
乃至釋梵尊， 水火風焰魔，
頂行之惡類， 夜走無邊方。
一切惡種惹， 淨行苾芻眾，
難調毒惡龍， 那羅延自在，
護世四天王， 速除令失命。」
復說愛染王。
"When the moon is in the Ashvini mansion and the night is clear, take a pure white cloth made of clean material. Paint the image of the King of Passion, whose body glows like the brilliance of the sun. He stands within a blazing halo, with three eyes expressing a fearsome, wrathful gaze.
On his head he wears a crown shaped like a lion's head, its sharp mane appearing fierce and angry. A five-pronged hook is placed on the lion's crown. Five-colored flower garlands hang down, and celestial ribbons cover his ears. His left hand holds a golden bell, and his right hand grasps a five-pointed vajra. His form mirrors that of a being of awakening, established for the benefit of all living beings.
Next, with his upper left hand he holds a vajra bow, and with his upper right hand, a vajra arrow—as if shooting down the starlight, able to accomplish the great transformative passion. With his lower left hand, he holds an object, and with his lower right hand, a lotus in a striking gesture—this swiftly and without doubt destroys all hostile-minded beings.
He adorns himself by twisting garlands of flowers and cords around his body. He sits in full lotus posture, on a red lotus flower. Beneath the lotus is a jeweled vase, from whose two sides jewels pour forth.
The image is to be placed facing west, and the practitioner should face west towards it. He should form the great action-seal and chant the fundamental mantra, while also showing the pledge-seal and reciting the one-syllable heart-mantra. This can accomplish and utterly destroy all hostile-minded beings.
Furthermore, one should form the seals of the thirty-seven deities of the Vajra Realm and recite the activity mantras of their respective families. This quickly accomplishes hundreds and thousands of tasks, subduing all obstacles and harmful spirits with a wrathful, subjugating practice, completing the work in a single night.
Chant the fundamental mantra and form the pledge-seal. Then, take the pistils of red lotus flowers and perform one hundred and eight fire offerings—this will attract and inspire affection in just one night.
For compelling and controlling others, take white sandalwood and carve from it an image of Vajra King of Passion, about the height of five fingers. Always wear it on your body, hidden. All beings, including noble warriors and kings, will be subdued like servants.
Always form the action-seal and chant the great fundamental mantra. This increases all blessings and makes them utterly unshakeable, solid like a diamond."
If the seven planets or inauspicious astrological conditions threaten your life, lifespan, or karmic imprints from past lives, paint an image of that harmful celestial body, place it inside the lion's mouth, and recite the mantra one thousand and eight times. Swiftly, the threat will be eliminated and never reappear. This power extends even to great deities like Brahma or Indra, to the forces of water, fire, wind, death, evil beings of the sky, and all poisonous nāgas, nagas, gandharvas, yakshas, and the Four Heavenly Kings—they will all be swiftly destroyed and stripped of their power."
Thus continues the teaching on the King of Passion.
一字心明曰：
The One-Letter Mind says:
「吽引吒枳吽引惹入聲
SVĀHĀ OṂ HUṂ TRĀṬ HA HUM SVĀHĀ OṂ JVALA HUM
「復說根本印， 二手金剛縛，
忍願竪相合， 進力如鉤形，
檀慧與禪智， 竪合如五峯，
名羯磨印契， 亦名三昧耶。
若纔結一遍， 及誦本真言，
能滅無量罪， 能生無量福，
扇底迦等法， 四事速圓滿，
三世三界中， 一切無能越。
此名金剛王， 頂中最勝名，
金剛薩埵定， 一切諸佛母。
復說扇底迦， 五種印相應，
戒方入掌交， 禪智相鉤結，
檀慧合如針， 忍願竪相捻，
進力各偃竪， 是名寂災印。
進力捻忍願， 四指頭並齊，
是布瑟置迦， 母捺羅大印。
進力如蓮葉， 印名伽跢耶。
進力捻忍願， 上節蹙三角，
阿毘左嚕迦， 當用此密印。
進力屈如鉤， 隨誦而招召，
金剛央俱施， 一切時作業。
大染金剛頂， 五密印說竟。」
"Now I explain the fundamental hand seals:
First, with both hands form the Vajra-fist, Then extend and join the ring-fingers upright, Making the index fingers like hooks, While thumb and little-finger, Rise and meet like five peaks. This is called the Karma Seal, Also known as the Samaya Seal.
If you form this seal just once, And recite the corresponding mantra, It eradicates boundless wrongdoings, And generates immeasurable merit. Peaceful and other practices, Four types of rituals swiftly perfect. Throughout the three times and three realms, Nothing can surpass its power.
This is called the Vajra King, The most supreme in the crown, The concentration of Vajrasattva, The mother of all Buddhas.
Now I explain peaceful practices, Five types of seals to match: Join the ring-fingers crossed in the palm, Hook the thumbs together, Pressing the little-fingers like needles, Extend and touch the ring-fingers, Bend the index-fingers inward, This is the Peace-Averting Seal.
Press the index-fingers on the ring-fingers, Align the tips of all four fingers, This is the Busterjaka, The great mother-seal of abundance.
Shape the index-fingers like lotus petals, This seal is called Gathaya. Press the index-fingers on the ring-fingers, Bend the upper joints into a triangle, For Avidurloka, Use this secret seal.
Bend the index-fingers like hooks, Summon by reciting, Vajra-Angkushi, For practice at all times.
Thus ends the teaching of the great Five Mystic Seals of Maharakta-Vajra-Head."
