> Elder Kakushin of Japan

用迷子訣。飛紅爐雪。一喝當鋒。崖崩石裂。化生蛇作活龍。點黃金為生鐵。去縛解粘。抽釘󳫠楔。更將佛祖不傳機。此界他方俱漏泄。

> Using the lost child's secret, I scatter snow into the red furnace. One shout strikes at the edge—cliffs crumble, rocks split apart. Turning a living snake into a waking dragon, I point at gold and make it raw iron. Cutting bonds, loosening glue, pulling out nails, prying wedges. Even the secret teachings passed beyond Buddha and patriarchs—in this world and others, they all leak out.
