### 示肅容

> Assuming a solemn countenance

真實踐履，無剪爪工，拌速朽質，山窮水窮。銀山銕壁，虎豹後攻，動著即喪，不動即凶。轉得一語，巍巍大雄；不轉不得，攝身其中。意不在語，為超生死，生死既超，虎豹自恥。壁裂山崩，歸家莫止，佛佛道同，無住真空。打天打地，罵雨罵風，將五道五，拿空道空。從空放下，仍入此中。此中樓閣，百萬億重。重重涉入，善肅其容，盤珠宛轉，何去何從？始堪道入長慶堂，曾參洞上之宗。

> True practice has no pause for trimming nails, Working with this swiftly decaying body, Till mountains are exhausted and streams run dry. Silver mountains, iron cliffs— Tigers and leopards attack from behind. Touch it and you perish; Don't move, and disaster strikes. Turn one phrase— And stand as a mighty hero. Don't turn, don't attain— Body swallowed whole in it. The mind's not in the words— It's for transcending birth and death. Once birth and death are crossed, Tigers and leopards shame themselves. Cliffs crack, mountains crumble— Going home, don't pause. Buddha after Buddha share the same path: Abiding nowhere, true emptiness. Strike heaven, strike earth; Curse the rain, curse the wind. With the five, transcend the five; Grasp emptiness, yet speak of emptiness. From emptiness, let go— And still enter here. In this place, towers and pavilions, Millions upon billions of storeys. Layer upon layer, interpenetrating— Solemn in your demeanor, Like a spinning pearl—where does it go, where does it come from? Only then can you enter the Hall of Changqing, Having once studied under the master of Dongshan's lineage.
