禮大報恩塔偈(同然香者一十五眾)
Verses in Praise of the Great Pagoda of Requiting Kindness
稽首大悲堅固藏，普現色身妙寶塔，隨求感應不思議，哀愍我等及群生。願舒無畏大光明，令我等除惡道怖，出入遊戲六道中，度脫一切如幻眾。願舒清淨大光明，令我等除破戒垢，毗尼嚴淨最清涼，息諸六道煩惱熱。願舒三昧大光明，令我等除雜亂想，照了法界無分別，起諸無作大神通。願舒智慧大光明，令我等盡無明漏。願舒如意大光明，令我等滿隨心願。以茲啟迪諸群蒙，令皆歡喜發深信，護持正法永不滅，實義熾然昭千古。寧使身碎如微塵，終不退捨菩提願；寧使永劫受眾苦，終不忘失大悲心。唯願三寶及天龍，證知宏誓攝受我！
I bow to the great compassionate, steadfast treasury, The wondrous jeweled pagoda manifesting in all forms, Whose responsive aid is beyond thought, And who pities us and all living beings.
May you extend the great light of fearlessness, That we may be freed from the terrors of evil paths, Moving freely among the six realms of existence, Liberating all illusory beings.
May you extend the great light of purity, That we may be cleansed of the stain of broken precepts, With the discipline pure, strict, and most refreshing, Cooling the fever of afflictions in the six realms.
May you extend the great light of samadhi, That we may be freed from scattered thoughts, Illuminating the Dharma realm without discrimination, And giving rise to effortless great spiritual powers.
May you extend the great light of wisdom, That we may exhaust the outflow of ignorance. May you extend the great light of fulfillment, That we may satisfy all our heartfelt wishes.
Through this, may the multitudes be awakened, All rejoicing and giving rise to deep faith, Upholding the true Dharma never to perish, Its true meaning blazing brightly through the ages.
Even if my body were shattered to dust, I would never abandon the vow for enlightenment; Even if I endured suffering for countless eons, I would never forget the great compassionate heart.
I only pray that the Three Jewels and the heavenly dragons Witness this vast vow and accept me!
