### 結壇念佛回向文

> Prayer for the Assembly of Buddha Recitation

稽首阿彌陀，諸佛護念法，淨土諸聖賢，唯垂哀護持。

> I bow to Amitabha Buddha, To the Dharma protected by all Buddhas, And to the holy sages of the Pure Land— I humbly pray for your compassionate care and protection.

智旭無始來，迷常住理，失智慧明。背自性而枉受輪迴，取妄心而永違真境。善根雖發，投正教以捨家；宿習偏濃，熏三昧而罔就。矢心淨域，誓出苦輪。機感不專，聖應莫顯。悠悠歲月，罔罔襟期。可痛可悲，無洲無渚。今依釋迦誠訓，七日持名，用投無量慈光，一生求度，棲身淨壇，專稱洪號，若定若散，有記無記，仗佛悲輪，功無唐棄。願以功德，及諸善根，悉共眾生，回向安養。所冀現生魔障消除，捨報正念決定，一剎那頃，生如來前，受菩提記，滿本願輪。

> From beginningless time, I have been deluded, losing sight of the constant principle of reality and the light of wisdom. Turning my back on my own true nature, I have endured the cycle of rebirth in vain; clinging to a deluded mind, I have forever strayed from the realm of truth. Though the roots of goodness have sprouted, leading me to leave home and devote myself to the true teachings, my deep-seated habits remain strong, and my practice of samadhi has yet to bear fruit. I set my heart on the Pure Land, vowing to escape the ocean of suffering. But my sincerity is not yet whole, and the sacred response remains hidden. The months and years pass idly by, my hopes unfulfilled and aimless. This is truly a cause for sorrow and regret—like being adrift without an island or a shore. Now, following the compassionate teachings of Shakyamuni, I will uphold the Buddha's name for seven days, entrusting myself to the boundless light of compassion, seeking liberation in this very lifetime. I dwell in the pure sanctuary, reciting the holy name with single-minded focus—whether in stillness or distraction, whether mindful or forgetful—relying on the Buddha’s compassionate power, so that no effort is ever wasted. I dedicate this merit and all roots of goodness, sharing them with all beings, directing them toward rebirth in the Land of Peace and Nourishment. My hope is that in this life, all obstacles may be removed, and at the end of life, right mindfulness will be firmly established—so that in a single instant, I may be born before the Buddha, receive the prophecy of enlightenment, and fulfill the great vow.
