Kēguān was a monk of the Northern Wei dynasty, notable for translating the *Dàfāngguǎng Fóhuàyán Jīng* (Mahāvaipulya Buddhavataṃsaka Sūtra), also known as the Avataṃsaka Sūtra or Flower Garland Sutra.
