Yuanwu Zhu (1063–1135), also known as Yuanwu Keqin, was a prominent Chan Buddhist monk of the Song Dynasty. He is most famous for his anthology of Chan sayings, the *Biyan Lu* (Record of the True Meaning of the Blue Cliff), which he compiled and commented upon.
