Deqing (德清), also known as Hanshan Deqing, was a prominent Buddhist monk and scholar of the Ming Dynasty. He is renowned for his comprehensive commentaries on various Chan Buddhist scriptures, most notably his extensive annotations on the *Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch*.
