The Chinese Buddhist monk and scholar, known as Cai Liang Deng (才良等), was active during the Northern Dynasties period. He is credited with translating the Dharanisūtra of the Great Cloud Mother (Skt. Mahāmeghasūtra), also known as the Sutra of the Great Cloud (Mahāmeghasūtra).
