The monk Hēlíbámó (訶梨跋摩) lived during the Southern Dynasties period. He is known for translating the *Dàchèng Qìzhǔ Jīng* (大乘起信经), the *Mahāyāna Śraddhotpāda Śāstra* or *Awakening of Faith in Mahāyāna*.
