The Buddhist monk Jinagui (嗣法参学) Qingyi (清逸), Zhichou (智辩), and Baori (宝日) were active during the Southern and Northern Dynasties period of China. Jinagui is known for translating the *Mahāprajñāpāramitā Upadeśa* (*Dazhidu Lun*), a foundational text of Mahayana Buddhism, while Zhichou is credited with translating the *Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra* (*Miaofa Lianhua Jing*). Baori is less extensively documented but is associated with the translation of various sutras, contributing to the dissemination of Buddhist teachings.
