The monk Jinshi Zhong (法孙今释重), active during the Tang Dynasty, is known for his translation of the *Great Compassion Mantra Sutra* (大悲心陀罗尼经). He was a disciple of Xuanzang and played a role in disseminating Buddhist teachings in China.
