Afternoon Chanting and Prayer
鳴鐘再集眾仍從大殿舉大悲呪散花沙水周徧寺內及繞寺外循大界標相却回土地堂前立定回向伽藍眾聖訖且散(此是尚翁宗師如此行之不出律制)。
The bell was rung once more, and the assembly was gathered again. From the Great Hall they began the Great Compassion Mantra, scattering flowers, sand, and water throughout the entire temple grounds and around the outside of the temple. Following the boundary markers, they returned and stood before the Earth Spirit Shrine to dedicate the merit. After making the dedication to the Sangha and all the holy ones, they dispersed.
