The monk Róngwěn Lù (荣稳录) was active during the Ming Dynasty. He is known for translating the *Fo Shuo Guanyin Pusa Ben Yuan Jing* (佛说观音菩萨本愿经), the *Sūtra Spoken by the Buddha on the Original Vows of Bodhisattva Guanyin*.
